Seminar to Explore Station Real Estate

Business owners to hear about financing, leases and more.

A seminar Thursday will examine commercial real estate issues in Huntington Station.

Renaissance Downtowns is running the seminar at the Huntington Station branch of the Huntington Public Library. Station business owners are invited for the session, from 6 to 8 p.m.

Owners will be offered advice on negotiating leases, loans and financing, and steps to buy their buildings.

Business owners will hear about opportunities in the revitalization of the area from Renaissance Downtowns vice president Ryan Porter. And Huntington Station lawyer Xavier Palacios will discuss legal issues involving commercial real estate.

Representatives from the following agencies will be available for the question and answer panel: Empire State Development Corporation, Bethpage Federal Credit Union, the Huntington Station Business Improvement District Board, Town of Huntington Economic Development Corporation and the town Community Development Corporation.
