Wyandanch Man Arrested For Shooting Near Abrams

Detectives charged 19-year-old Saheam King with assault and reckless endangerment.

Suffolk County police arrested a Wyandanch man for shooting a 16-year-old girl in the leg on July 11 following a party in Huntington Station near Jack Abrams Intermediate School.

According to police, Second Squad detectives charged Saheam King, 19, of 15 Levey Blvd., with second degree assault and reckless endangerment in the first degree. King will be held at the Second Precinct and is scheduled for arraignment at First District Court in Central Islip on July 19.
