Police are searching for a man who stole a commercial freezer from La Parma Restaurant in West Hills Aug. 29.
According to police, the white male removed a stainless steel commercial freezer valued at $4,500 that was outside the closed restaurant, located at 452 W. Jericho Turnpike, at about 4 p.m. A surveliance camera showed the man loading the freezer onto a vehicle and fleeing the scene.
Anyone with information about this crime is asked to call 1-800-220-TIPS. All calls will be kept confidential, according to police.
Suffolk County Crime Stoppers offers a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest.
