He was arraigned Friday on felony charges of promoting a sexual performance of a child and possession of a sexual performance of a child.

He is being held on a $50,000 bond.

The school district said Friday, "The safety and security of our students is paramount and the physical  education substitute in question has had no official contact with South Huntington children once we were made aware of the investigation.

and their related agencies around the clock to help protect our children. We will continue to monitor proceedings and assist the authorities in their investigation any way possible."
