Suffolk Police Report: Weapons Possession, Assault

Second precinct arrests, Jan. 6-13

The following was taken from the Suffolk County Police crime blotter. An arrest does not indicate a conviction as all persons are presumed innocent until, and unless, proven guilty in a court of law.

Juan Lopez, 26, from Huntington Station was arrested in Huntington Station and charged with fourth degree criminal mischief, second degree menacing with a weapon, fourth degree intent to use a weapon, and fourth degree weapon not citizen.

Nicomedes Arevalo, 43, from Huntington Station was arrested in Huntington Station and charged with criminal mischief, property damage over $250.

James Patron, 21, from Huntington Station was arrested in Huntington Station and charged with first degree robbery, forcible theft with a deadly weapon.

Salvatore Vittorio, 40, from Northport was arrested in Huntington and charged with petty larceny.

Donaldo Delcid, 28, from Huntington Station was arrested in Huntington and charged with third degree assault, intent to cause physical injury.

Dandrea Defilippo from Huntington Station was arrested in Greenlawn and charged with driving with a suspended registration and aggravated unlicensed operation.

John Stein, 43, from Centerport was arrested in Huntington Station and charged with third degree assault with intent to cause physical injury.

Gregory Roosa, 40, from Huntington Station was arrested in Huntington Station and charged with five counts of fifth degree possession of stolen property.
