Suffolk Police Arrests: Forged Prescriptions, Multiple Suspensions

Arrests reported in the second precinct June 2-11.

The following arrests were reported by the Suffolk Police Department in the second precinct between June 2 and 11. An arrest does not indicate a conviction as all persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. 

  • Todd Kastenholz, 42, from Wyandanch was arrested on West Hills Road in Huntington and charged with third degree burglary with intent after he allegedly broke into a home in West Hills on April 20 and stole CDs and DVDs
  • Kemal Jarrett, 20, from Huntinton station was arrested in Huntington and charged with third degree assault with intent to cause physical injury after he allegedly punched a man in the face, causing him to fall to the ground and sustain a head injury. The man was transported to Huntington Hospital for treatment.
  • Ilana Wilkin, 21, from Huntington and Rachel Recht, 18, from Bellmore were arrested in Huntington Station and charged with third degree grand larceny after they allegedly stole jewelry and cosmetics from Macy's at Walt Whitman Mall.
  • Paul Teti, Jr., 31, from North Lindenhurst was arrested in Huntington and charged with third degree criminal sale of narcotics after he allegedly sold drugs in West Hills in March 2012. 
  • Robert Rice, 31, from Valley Stream was arrested in Huntington Station and charged with two counts of possessing a forged instrument and resisting arrest after he was allegedly caught with a forged prescription at Stat Script Pharmacy in Huntington Station.
  • Nelson Saavedratorres, 44, from Huntington Station was arrested in Huntington Station and charged with second degree menacing after he allegedly lunged at a man and waved a knife at him.
  • Paul McQueen, 52, from Huntington Station was arrested in Huntington Station and charged with two counts of third degree burglary after he violated a no-trespassing order and stole two belts from Bloomingdales at the Walt Whitman Mall.
  • AnnMarie Russo, 24, from Huntington Station was arrested in Huntington Station and charged with first degree aggravated unlicensed operation with 10 or more suspensions after she hit a LIPA pole and a tree in Huntington Station.
