Suffolk Police Arrest Report: Yelling, Tackling, Punching

The following arrests were reported in the Suffolk Police second precinct between April 6 and April 15. An arrest does not indicate a conviction as all persons are presumed innocent until, and if, proven guilty in a court of law.

  • Arthur Komissar, 50, of Roslyn Heights was arrested at the Mini Cooper dealership in Huntington Station and charged with second-degree harassment after he allegedly made verbal threats to another man.
  • Carlos Silva, 22, from Huntington Station was arrested in Huntington Station  and charged with second-degree harassment after he allegedly yelled at, tackled, and punched another man.
  • Jose Zavala from Huntington Station was arrested in Huntington Station and charged with third degree aggravated unlicensed operation and unlicensed operation violation after he was allegedly caught driving with a license that had been suspended multiple times.
  • Danielle Tarulli, 37, from Elwood was arrested in Huntington and charged with fourth-degree grand larceny after she allegedly stole and used a credit card.
  • Oracio Martinez, 43, from Huntington Station was arrested in Huntington Station and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance narcotics, with intent to sell.
  • Ethan Carlin, 24, from East Northport was arrested in East Northport and charged with unauthorized use of a vehicle without owner consent after he allegedly took a 96 Toyota Camry without permission. 
  • Tonya Artis, 49, from Huntington was arrested in Huntington Station and charged with petty larceny after she allegedly stole groceries from King Kullen.
  • Louis Benincasa, 38, from East Northport was arrested in Greenlawn and charged with petty larceny after he allegedly stole beer from Waldbaums.
  • Michael Smith, 42, from Huntington Station was arrested in Huntington Station and charged with DWI with a previous conviction in the past 10 years.
