Rollover Accident Injures 1

An accident today on Jericho Turnpike caused a rollover which sent one driver to the hospital.

According to Suffolk County police, two vehicles collided at about 12:30 p.m. in Huntington Station at the intersection of Jericho Turnpike and Melville Road.

The driver of a Volkswagen sedan was transported to Huntington Hospital with head, neck and back injuries, according to emergency responders at the scene which included units from the Huntington Manor Fire Department and Suffolk County Police Department.

No arrests or serious injuries were reported by police.
