Kevin Clancy of Glen Head was in connection with an incident at Countrywood Primary Center April 19, according to police.
Clancy was working at the school as a contracted IT technician when police say he illegally recorded with a hidden camera staff members using a faculty bathroom.
No children were recorded, according to police.
