Suffolk County Police have issued a Silver Alert for a missing East Northport man suffering from diabetes.
Police say Herbert Molberger, 86, was last seen leaving an appointment at Babylon Dental Care, located at 785 W. Montauk Highway, West Babylon Monday at 3:30 p.m. He was driving a 2004 tan Lexus ES 330 sedan with New York license plate number 7VL 301.

Molberger, of 34 Cherry Court, East Northport, is described as white, 5 feet 5 inches tall, 175 pounds and is bald.
The Silver Alert is a program implemented in Suffolk County that allows local law enforcement to share information with media outlets about individuals with special needs who have been reported missing.
