High school athletes, community members and Suffolk County police enjoyed a recent day of basketball at the Jack Abrams STEM Magnet School in Huntington Station.
Hosted by Suffolk Police and Police Athletic League, the event featured basketball clinics and a 6 p.m. game where athletes from Huntington and Whitman high schools challenged those from John Glenn and Harborfields, with Suffolk police officers participating.
With refreshments provided by 7-Eleven, the event was organized by Officer Claudia Delgado.
