Huntington Station marked National Night Out with playtime, food and games Tuesday afternoon. The Huntington chapter of the NAACP, Suffolk County Police, the Suffolk County Sheriff's Office and others participated in the Manor Field Park event.
National Night Out is a year-long, community-building campaign designed to heighten crime prevention awareness, generate support and participation in local anti-crime programs, and strengthen neighborhood spirit and police/community partnerships.
