Driver Hurt When Vehicle Flips

A driver eastbound on Oldfield Road near Centerport Road in Greenlawn was injured Thursday when his vehicle overturned, according to authorities on the scene.

The man's Chevrolet sedan hit the berm and then flipped, trapping him. The Centerport Fire Department extricated the man through the moon roof.

He was taken to Huntington Hospital with head and back injuries.
