Crime Report: Menacing, Harassment and Insurance Fraud

The following information is from the Suffolk County Police Department's crime blotter. The defendants were arrested for the charges listed below, but have not yet been convicted of a crime. The defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

Jairo Zaqueo Rubiyanez from Huntington Station was arrested in Huntington Station for 2nd degree menacing with a weapon, 2nd degree harassment with physical contact and resisting arrest.

Rodin Ulloa from was arrested in Huntington Station for 2nd degree menacing with a weapon and 2nd degree harassment with physical contact.

Rene Rubi from Huntington Station was arrested in Huntington Station for 2nd degree menacing with a weapon and 2nd degree menacing with a weapon, 2nd degree harassment with physical contact and resisting arrest.

Bethany Jonap from Huntington Station was arrested in East Northport for 2nd degree aggravated unlicensed operation with 3 or more suspensions.

Omar Mansury from Huntington Station was arrested in Huntington Station for 7th degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Jack Klein from Woodbury was arrested in Huntington Station for 7th degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

George Goussis from Huntington was arrested in Huntington for 2nd degree harassment with physical contact.

Daniel Seaver from Huntington was arrested in Huntington Station for 7th degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and possession of a hypodermic instrument.
