Crime Report: DWIs in Huntington, Huntington Station

The following information is taken from the Suffolk County Police Department's crime blotter. None of the defendants have been convicted of a crime, but were arrested for the charges listed below. A criminal charge is only an accusation. A defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty. The following arrests were made between August 2-7.

Arrests:

• Armando Pena, of Huntington Station, was arrested and charged with assault with intent to cause physical injury in the third degree in Huntington Station on Aug. 7.
• Wallace Johnson, of Huntington Station, was arrested and charged with revoked parole during a conditional release from prison in Huntington Station on Aug. 7.
• Jeff Gay, of Huntington Station, was arrested and charged with DWI in Huntington Station on Aug. 7.
• Jason Butler, of Huntington, was arrested and charged with DWI in Huntington Station on Aug. 7.
• Arthur Plair, of Central Islip, was arrested and charged with the criminal possession of a firearm, the unlawful possession of marijuana, and criminal trespassing in the second degree in Huntington Station on Aug. 7.
• Gary Kouril, of Huntington Station, was arrested and charged with DWI in Huntington on Aug. 7.
• Georgios Spanos, of Huntington Station, was arrested and charged with harassment with physical contact in the second degree in Huntington Station on Aug. 7.
• Craig Pruzan, of New York, was arrested and charged with petit larceny in Huntington Station on Aug. 7.
• Linda Laino, of Dix Hills, was arrested and charged with aggravated harassment in the second degree in Huntington on Aug. 6.
• Albert Hendricks, of Huntington Station, was arrested and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in Huntington on Aug. 6.
• Jorge Bastiasrozas, of Glen Cove, was arrested and charged with DWI in Huntington Station on Aug. 6.
• Clarence Allan Shelton, of Huntington Station, was arrested and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree in Huntington Station on Aug. 6.
• Derlin Sanchez, of Huntington Station, was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree in Huntington Station on Aug. 6.
• Derek Heffernan, of Huntington, was arrested and charged with the unlawful possession of marijuana and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol level of .08 percent in Huntington Station on Aug. 6.
• Neal Ross, of Huntington Station, was arrested and charged with the unlawful possession of marijuana and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree in Huntington Station on Aug. 6.
• Jessica Cahill, of Massapequa, was arrested and charged with petit larceny in Huntington Station on Aug. 5.
• Sarad Glover, of North Amityville, was arrested and charged with the unlawful possession of marijuana in Huntington on Aug. 5.
• Frank Perez, of Huntington, was arrested and charged with false impersonation in Huntington Station on Aug. 5.
• Christopher Rivera, of Huntington Station, was arrested and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree in Huntington Station on Aug. 5.
• Theresa Sallitto, of Huntington, was arrested and charged with menacing with a weapon in the second degree in Huntington on Aug. 5.
• Matthew Moore, of Huntington Station, was arrested and charged with criminal possession of stolen property with possession of a credit card in the fourth degree, criminal mischief in the third degree with damage to a motor vehicle, and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in Greenlawn on Aug. 5.
• Anthony Pabon, of Huntington Station, was arrested and charged with criminal mischief with property valued at $250 in Greenlawn on Aug. 5.
• Juan Acevedo, of Deer Park, was arrested and charged with false impersonation in Huntington Station on Aug. 5.
• Ely Velazquez Jr., of Huntington Station, was arrested and charged with criminal possession of marijuana in the fifth degree in Huntington Station on Aug. 5.
• Jose Abrego, of Uniondale, was arrested and charged with criminal possession of marijuana in the fifth degree in Huntington Station on Aug. 5.
• Derrick Tankard, of Huntington Station, was arrested and charged with criminal possession of marijuana in the fifth degree in Huntington Station on Aug. 5.
• Jeffrey Harrell, of Huntington Station, was arrested and charged with assault with intent to cause physical injury in the third degree in Huntington on Aug. 4.
• Derek Higham, of Huntington, was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license in Greenlawn on Aug. 4.
• Shawndell Wilder, of Greenlawn, was arrested and charged with aggravated DWI with a child present and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in Huntington Station on Aug. 4.
• Nicholas Mittler, of Huntington, was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree in Huntington Station on Aug. 4.
• Robert Gregor, of Huntington Station, was arrested and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree in Greenlawn on Aug. 4.
• Edward Lloyd, of Huntington, was arrested and charged with criminal contempt in the second degree in Greenlawn on Aug. 4.
• Giovanni Dominguez, of Huntington, was arrested and charged with criminal possession of marijuana in the fifth degree in Huntington Station on Aug. 4.
• Alicia Fabre, of Huntington, was arrested and charged with acting in a manner to injure a child in Huntington Station on Aug. 4.
• Kerry Walsh, of Eatons Neck, was arrested and charged with menacing in the second degree in Huntington on Aug. 4.
• Michael Deckelmann, of Huntington, was arrested and charged with criminal possession of marijuana in the fifth degree in Huntington Station on Aug. 4.
• Nicholas Latham, of Huntington, was arrested and charged with the criminal possession of marijuana in the fifth degree in Huntington Station on Aug. 4.
• Marcus Dennis, of North Babylon, was arrested and charged with the unlawful possession of marijuana and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license in Huntington Station on Aug. 4.
• Sarad Glover, of North Amityville, was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree in Huntington Station on Aug. 4.
• Jose Pineda, of Huntington Station, was arrested and charged with possession of a forged instrument in the second degree in Huntington Station on Aug. 3.
• Devin Kehoe, of Lloyd Harbor, was arrested and charged with the criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree in Huntington Station on Aug. 3.
• Marques Scott, of Huntington Station, was arrested and charged with petit larceny in Huntington Station on Aug. 3.
• Heriberto Chaconamaya, of Huntington Station, was arrested and charged with criminal contempt in the second degree in Huntington on Aug. 3.
• Thomas Montanez, Jr., of Huntington, was arrested and charged with burglary with dwelling in the second degree in Huntington on Aug. 2.
• Adrian Toribio, of Huntington, was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license in Huntington Station on Aug. 2.
• Thomas Ousley, of Marietta, was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license in the third degree in Huntington on Aug. 2.
• Jennifer Grafing, of East Patchogue, was arrested and charged with harassment with physical contact in the second degree in Huntington on Aug. 2.
• James Watkins, of Huntington, was arrested and charged with menacing in the third degree in Greenlawn on Aug. 2.
• Marc Cairoli, of East Northport, was arrested and charged with failure to exercise control of a minor in Huntington on Aug. 2.
• Jeffrey Coppola, of Franklin Square, was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in Huntington on Aug. 2.
• Sheena Martin, of Brooklyn, was arrested and charged with petit larceny in Huntington Station on Aug. 2.
• Jermone Hedges, of Huntington Station, was arrested and charged with the unlawful possession of marijuana and criminal possession of marijuana in the fifth degree in Huntington Station on Aug. 2.
