Crime Report: Burglary, Grand Larceny, DWI in Huntington

The following arrests were made by Suffolk County police between Oct. 16 and Oct. 23.

The following information is taken from the Suffolk County Police Department's crime blotter. None of the defendants have been convicted of a crime, but were arrested for the charges listed below. The following arrests were made between Oct. 16 and Oct. 23.

  • Jermaine Simmons, of Brooklyn, was arrested and charged with grand larceny in the third degree with a value over $3000 in Huntington on Oct. 23.
  • Matthew Bezinski, of Huntington, was arrested and charged with criminal mischief in the third degree in Huntington on Oct. 23.  
  • Ryan Lahm, of Huntington Station, was arrested and charged with criminal possession o f marijuana in the fifth degree in Huntington on Oct. 23. 
  • George Forster, of Huntington Station, was arrested and charged with criminal possession of marijuana in the fifth degree in Huntington on Oct. 23.
  • Robert Baxley, of Greenlawn, was arrested and charged with petit larceny in Huntington on Oct. 23.
  • Edwin Gomez, of Huntington, was arrested and charged with unauthorized use of a vehicle without owner's consent in Huntington on Oct. 22.
  • Jesse Black, of East Northport, was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a BAC of 1% in Huntington on Oct. 22.
  • Stephen Brown, of Huntington, was arrested and charged with menacing in the third degree in Huntington on Oct. 21.
  • Michael Barhold, of Huntington Station, was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicsenced operation of a vehicle in Huntington on Oct. 21.
  • James Williams, of Huntington, was arrested and charged for a criminial sexual act in the first degree in Huntington on Oct. 20.
  • Hea Kimcho, of Flushing, was arrested and charged with issuing a bad check with knowledge of insufficient funds in Huntington on Oct. 20. 
  • Richard Kaestner, of Centerport, was arrested and charged with assault with intention to cause physical injury in Huntington on Oct. 19.
  • Nicholas Zacharia, of East Northport, was arrested and charged with grand larceny in the fourth degree with a property value over $1000 in Huntington on Oct. 18.
  • Barry Pierre, of Greenlawn, was arrested and charged with burglary in the sencond degree in Huntington on Oct. 18.
  • Andrew Thun, of Greenlawn, was arrested and charged with burglary in the second degree in Huntington on Oct. 18.
  • Brian Estrada, of Huntington Station, was arrested and charged with criminal contempt in the second degree for disobeying the court in Huntington on Oct. 18.
  • Jacqueline Herrera, of Huntington, was arrested and charged with DWI in Huntington on Oct. 17.
  • Zachary Bowersgaudioso, of Babylon, was arrested and charged with obstruction of governmental administration in the second degree in Huntington on Oct. 16.
