Second Precinct Arrests for July 27-August 2

The following information is from the Suffolk County Police Department's crime blotter. The defendants were arrested for the charges listed below, but have not yet been convicted of a crime. The defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

Arrests on July 27

Edwin Martinez from Huntington Station was arrested in Huntington Station for 2nd degree aggravated unlicensed operation with 3 or more suspensions.

Anthony Mallilo from Freeport was arrested in Huntington for burglary – illegal entry with criminal intent.

Bethany Jonap from Huntington Station was arrested in Huntington Station for 2nd degree aggravated unlicensed operation with 3 or more suspensions.

Anthony Ogata from Huntington Station was arrested in Huntington Station for 2nd degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Dean Pienpermpat from Farmingdale was arrested in Huntington for 3rd degree criminal sale of a controlled substance/narcotic drug.

Reginald Cadet from Huntington Station was arrested in Huntington Station for 2nd degree criminal contempt – disobeying court order.

Stephen Kyne from Huntington was arrested in Huntington for 1st offense operation of a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 Of 1%.

Sharif Hasan from Huntington Station was arrested in Huntington for 1st offense DWI.

Fred Simmons from Brentwood was arrested in Huntington Station for 2nd degree criminal possession of a weapon/loaded firearm.

Nicholas Demaio from Huntington was arrested in Huntington Station for 2nd degree harassment with physical contact.

Howard Gelfand from Hauppauge was arrested in Huntington for 1st offense DWI.
