Cops: Man Broke into Walt Whitman High School

Police seek public's help in identifying and locating the man.

Suffolk County Crime Police are seeking the public’s help in identifying and locating a man who broke into Walt Whitman High School in Huntington Station on Friday, April 11 . 

Police say an unknown man entered the school, located at 301 Walt Whitman Road, on April 11, 2014 at approximately 3:50 a.m. The man took several photographs and videos of the interior of the school before leaving in a light colored 4-door sedan. 

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers are offering a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest. Anyone with information about this crime is asked to call anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS. All calls will be kept confidential.
