Injuries were reported after a car overturned on W. Jericho Turnpike between Walt Whitman and Pine Tree roads at approximately 4 p.m. Saturday, said Suffolk County Police.
Police could not say what caused the accident nor how many passengers were involved. The injuries are reportedly non life-threatening.
Traffic was closed in both directions while police cleared the accident and the roadway has since been reopened.
