A car headed north on Broadway Greenlawn crashed into about noon Saturday.
Firefighters from Greenlawn and Commack departments were on the scene, extracting the car's occupants and ensuring the safety of the building. Greenlawn fire department chief Scott Dalrymple said his department transported two people with minor injuries to Huntington Hospital.
The car crashed through the fence and into the restaurant, which was empty at the time of the accident.
