3 Arrests Made in Connection With Sunday's Shootings

No names or charges released by police.

Suffolk County police have confirmed the arrest of three individuals in connection to which occurred in Huntington Station Sunday.

A police spokesperson said names and charges are not being released because the investigation is ongoing.

"Three people have been arrested in relation to Sunday's Huntington Station shootings," said a police public information officer Friday.

, Suffolk County Police Inspector Edward Brady gave no indication that arrests were made prior to Friday. He confirmed the violence to be gang related.

Three men were shot at the Lincoln Farms Apartments Nov. 27 and another person was injured in a collision with a police car responding to the shootings.

 said the three victims, Darius Howard, 16, Devon White, 18, and Philip Perez, 22, were sitting in a car at about 3:15 p.m. when a large group of men surrounded the vehicle, two of whom shot into the car.
