Community Update

Save yourself a headache. Use any other pool company...Paragon is expensive, unreliable, unresponsive & disrespectful to their customers. May 15 was the scheduled pool opening date. A new deep end ladder was supposed to have been ordered for the opening. Was not.
Pool was to be vacuumed. Was not. Today is May 30. The Memorial Day holiday has come & gone & my pool is still unusable. This is how long term customers are "serviced". Never again...
