A meeting of the South Huntington school board Wednesday included several presentations added onto a regular business meeting agenda which lasted well into the night.
The meeting, which began at 7:30 p.m., included a lengthy senior awards ceremony which lasted until nearly 10 p.m. The ceremony was followed by a budget overview presentation, a Dignity for All Students Act presentation then a regular business meeting.

Should the start time be pushed up on heavy agenda days? What is an appropriate time limit for meetings? Tell us in the comments section.
