A funeral service is scheduled Wednesday for David L. McKay, who died Thursday.
The lifelong resident of Huntington was 77. He was the former head of the Huntington Housing Authority.
The funeral is set for 10 a.m. at the Evergreen Baptist Church in Huntington Station.
