Cold Spring Harbor-based Long Island Council of Save the Children held a 30th Birthday Bash and fundraiser celebrating the founding of its council by Susan Lassen and the late ML Gaston.
Held at Jericho’s Meadowbrook Club, the event raised more than $400,000 for Save the Children, an independent charity for children in need. Save the Children’s mission is to save children's lives and help them reach their full potential.
