Commemorate 38th Anniversary of Roe v. Wade with Planned Parenthood

In recognition of the 38th Anniversary of the landmark Supreme Court decision in Roe v. Wade, Planned Parenthood Hudson Peconic and Planned Parenthood of Nassau County will screen the documentary, The Assassination of Dr. Tiller.

The documentary, which originally aired on The Rachel Maddow Show on MSNBC, chronicles the events leading up to the murder Dr. George Tiller, an abortion provider, in Kansas. 

The screening will be followed by a discussion with Dr. Maureen Paul, Chief Medical Officer, Planned Parenthood of New York City and Jennifer K. Brown, Former Director, Reproductive Rights Unit, Office of the NYS Attorney General.
