Registration Open for One-day Defensive Driving Class

Registration is now pen for a one day-long Defensive Driving Class at the Cold Spring Harbor Library.

You do not need to be a member of the CSH Library to attend.

Refresh your driving knowledge, reduce your points, and save on insurance premiums, all in one Saturday afternoon! Ramona Tracy, an instructor for the Empire Safety Council, will cover all of the material in this full-day session.

Benefits of a defensive driving course include:
  • Save 10% on ALL VEHICLE liability, PIP, and collision insurance for three years!
  • Reduce up to four points from your driving record.
  • 100% student processing for your NYS DMV point reduction.
  • All students receive TWO official certificates.
  • New York’s most state specific online course, not a boring national generic program.
  • No formal testing, EVERYONE PASSES!

Please register in person at the Library’s Information Services Desk before December 5.  A check for $30, payable to instructor Ramona Tracy, is required at the time of registration.

Remember to bring a bag lunch the day of class!
