Calling all Huntington Station Business Owners:

Renaissance Downtowns is sponsoring a Community Commercial Real Estate Seminar for all Huntington Station business owners. The seminar will be held at the Huntington Station Public Library from 6:00-8:00pm on Thursday January 17, 2013.

The seminar will educate business owners on negotiating better leases, seeking loans and financing, and inform them on steps to buying their own buildings. It will supply business owners with information, resources and contacts to help them jumpstart their business goals. Business owners will have an opportunity to learn about the opportunities that will come with the revitalization of Downtown Huntington Station from Renaissance Downtowns VP Ryan Porter. Additionally, Huntington Station lawyer Xavier Palacios will educate participants on the legal side of commercial real estate.

Representatives from the following agencies will be available for the question and answer panel: Empire State Development Corporation, Bethpage Federal Credit Union, the Huntington Station Business Improvement District Board, TOH Economic Development Corporation, TOH Community Development Corporation, and the Office of Congressman Steve Israel.

The entire seminar will be translated into Spanish and there will be refreshments available to all. Participants can RSVP at sourcethestation.com.

They do have the metal inside and they are all the same size. If you are seriously interested I willRead More gladly send you some more pictures. As far as the price, the best I can do is a bundle. Maybe 4 for $100 or 2 for $60. They were looked at by a store owner who wanted to purchase and sell in her store for $50 each. They are very cute, very trendy :)

Do they have the metal inside that held the glass bottles? Are they different sizes? It's hard toRead More tell from the pic. I would definitely buy 2 or 3 but, I wouldn't be able to pay 40.00 each. 20-25 each I can do. Thanks, Karen

I would love to become part of the Huntington Chamber of Commerce. However, for a new business itRead More is costly and may not fit into every new business owners budget. May I suggest a provisional 1-year membership at a reduced cost. Once successful the provisional members can give back by supporting other new members.
