Trash Pickup Delayed

Bad weather pushes pickup back a day.

The town suspended Monday's trash pickup because of the weather, pushing back Monday and Tuesday schedules by one day.

Trash normally collected on Monday will be picked up on Tuesday and Tuesday trash will be picked up on Wednesday.

Recycling, usually done on Wednesday, has been suspended for the week. Residents can hold their bottles and cans recycling until the next scheduled pick up, Wednesday, Jan. 12 or they can drop them off at the Town's Recycling Center at 641 New York Ave., when weather condutions improve.
