Petrone Lifts Snow Emergency

Storm moves away as town gets back on track.

Supervisor Frank P. Petrone lifted the snow emergency as of 5 p.m. Wednesday.

“I have toured the town and found that for the most part, the cleanup is progressing. While we ask motorists to continue to use caution, the restrictions imposed by a state of emergency are no longer necessary,” Petrone said.

Petrone issued the original order Tuesday night.
