Angel Jewelry Tribute to 911 Victims & First Responders

Huntington artist's Angel Jewelry included in September 11 Memorial & Museum Artists Registry

Like many Long Islanders I was deeply affected by the devastating events on September 11th and subsequently the days and weeks that followed but yet I was truly inspired by the many acts of heroism and bravery. Being an artist all of my life it came natural for me to put my emotion and creativity into a project. A project that would not only help me express my feelings but also help other people in the process. My project of making Angels is simple but profound and has become a passion for me. My wife & I have now officially started our small business Rock & Metal Treasures. We are so proud and honored to have our Angel Jewelry included in the National September 11 Memorial & Museum Artists Registry, a virtual art gallery for art created in response to the events of September 11th. It is so special knowing that the Angels we've created will be there for years to come for so many people to see and hopefully be inspired by. My dream is for these Angels, made from the heart, to offer much love, comfort and support for people going through a time of adversity in their lives.

We have been so heart-broken over the recent tragedy on the waters in Oyster Bay and the loss of three beautiful children. Rock & Metal Treasures has reached out to the families of the children who lost their lives in this tragedy. We've donated an Angel Necklace to each of the families to offer them comfort and support during this difficult time.

Our Angel Jewelry line has been a labor of love for me personally. My dream is to continually have Angels take flight to spread love, guidance, strength and comfort wherever they are needed.
