Assemblyman Chad Lupinacci (R,C,WF,I-Huntington Station) recently joined the staff and trainers at TITLE Boxing Club to welcome them to the area. TITLE is a fitness club that offers a combination of boxing and kickboxing classes. The club encourages people of all fitness levels to participate and go at their own pace, ultimately improving the fitness of the Huntington community as a whole.
“TITLE Boxing offers residents an excellent opportunity to improve their personal fitness levels while staying close to home,” said Lupinacci. “With our busy lifestyles, it is often tough to maintain consistent physical fitness. Today, only one in three adults receives the recommended amount of physical activity each week.
