Assemblyman Chad Lupinacci (R,C,WF,I-Huntington Station) recently joined members of the Huntington Chamber of Commerce to celebrate the grand opening of Ideal Cheese Shop on Main Street in Huntington. Ideal Cheese Shop offers a large variety of cheeses from all over the world. The establishment, which originated in Manhattan 59 years ago, has also expanded to include a cheese & wine bar, gourmet cheese shop and coffee/espresso bar.

“I am so pleased to have had the opportunity to attend the ribbon cutting ceremony for Huntington’s Ideal Cheese Shop,” said Lupinacci. “This shop will be a great addition to the local businesses here in Huntington. With all of the goods they have to offer, it is hard to believe that any customer would leave unsatisfied. I wish nothing but success to all involved!”

Ideal Cheese shop is located at 300 Main Street, in Huntington. They are open Tuesday thru Thursday from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., Friday and Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., and Sunday from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. To find out more about Ideal Cheese Shop, visit https://www.facebook.com/IdealCheeseHuntington/.

We had a great time yesterday at our ribbon cutting and we thank everyone who attended. Just a correction, Ideal Cheese & Wine Cafe's address is 308 Main Street, not 300 Main Street. We look forward to serving Huntington Village!
