Assemblyman Chad Lupinacci (R,C,WF,I-Huntington Station) joined the Melville Lions Club this past Sunday to celebrate its 60th Anniversary. The Melville Lions Club works each year to make our community and the world a better place to live.

“The Melville Lions Club is made up of a tremendous group of dedicated individuals committed to the club’s motto: ‘We Serve,’ said Lupinacci. “Each year the group hosts a number of fundraisers and outreach events that help support many great causes. Particularly near and dear to all the members is their sponsorship of guide dogs for sight-impaired individuals. The strong membership helps me truly believe the Melville Lions Club’s best years are still to come.”

The Melville Lions Club meets on the First and Third Thursdays of each month. Additional information about the club’s outreach efforts can be found by visiting www.melvillelions.org/ or emailing patriciafreier@firstdata.com.
