Renarts Gives Shoes to 50 Needy Kids

Good business practices start by getting one’s feet on the ground. That’s what a local shoe store did for 50 Long Island children in need.

Suffolk County Legis. Steve Stern (D-Huntington) 16th LD, awarded Renarts’ owners Nick and Ankur Amin and creative director Chase Ceperano with a Proclamation for their generosity and dedicated efforts to assist children in need in our community. 

Chase Ceperano, who was a “Little Brother” as a child, worked with Nick and Ankur Amin to find a meaningful way to assist young people.  “We were already thinking of a way to give back to the community, so when Chase came to us with an idea to give back to the organization that helped him when he was younger, how could we say no?” Ankur Amin said in a press release.
