Customer Service Supervisor, AvalonBay

  • Implement programs and services to residents and prospective residents of an assigned community to contribute to AVB’s annual business goals.
  • Communicate with residents to ensure residents are knowledgeable regarding community’s services, operating procedures and issues/events.
  • Respond to inquiries and requests from prospective residents.
  • Respond to resident requests and work with residents to minimize/resolve problems and complaints. Follow through to ensure issue is resolved.
  • Coordinate resident service issues with appropriate community staff such as maintenance, concierge, leasing, and management and ensure resident issues are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Assists in the development, implementation and monitoring of programs to maximize revenue, control expense, improve customer satisfaction and manage on-site personnel.
  • Implement or direct the implementation of all applicable AVB policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state and local laws, specifically Fair Housing regulations.
  • Package Delivery Driver, UPS

    Duties:

    UPS is hiring individuals to work as full-time, temporary, seasonal package delivery drivers. This is a physical, fast-paced, outdoor position that involves continual lifting, lowering and carrying packages that typically weigh 25 - 35 lbs. and may weigh up to 70 lbs. A DOT physical exam is required. Drivers must have excellent customer contact and driving skills, including the ability to operate a vehicle equipped with a standard (manual) transmission.

    Stock Associate, Sleepy's

    Duties:

  • Assist in unloading trucks that carry merchandise from our distribution centers
  • Assure that correct labels are on product and match invoice
  • Responsible for ensuring that the Outlet Center is segmented and merchandise is put away properly
  • Assist customers with merchandise to vehicle

    Duties:

    • The assistant manager acts as a Halloween City representative to the buying public.
    • Supports the General Manager in a merchandising focused role.

    Occupational Therapy Assistant, Southside Hospital

    Duties:

    • Administers direct patient care under direct supervision and in accordance with the written and signed prescription of the referring physician and registered therapist treatment plan to ensure patient treatment plan goals
    • Submits required documentation in accordance with the policies and procedures of the department.
    • Assists in the maintenance of an efficiently functioning department by properly caring for equipment and the economical use of supplies.
    • Participates in teaching activities and department program development.
    • May assist registered therapist with training of students, aides and volunteers.
