Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory is searching for a detail oriented individual to provide administrative support to a group of scientific researchers.

Job responsibilities will include maintaining calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments and travel arrangements, updating web sites, assisting with grant applications, preparation of grant progress reports and scientific publications, and assisting with oversight of expenses and budgets. Other responsibilities will include preparing schedules for visiting seminar speakers, assisting in organizing weekly in-house seminars and the yearly in-house symposium and ordering supplies.
