  • Manage, schedule, and be present for all mainstage shows, including special events (i.e. Broadway Concert Series);
  • Manage and schedule all house staffing needs for all other events (i.e. Children's Theater, Educational Theater, Acting Class Performances);
  • Coordinate all bar, host/hostess, valet and maintenance staff through effective hiring, training, evaluation, disciplining and delegation of duties as necessary
  • Manage and schedule the Volunteer Usher staff by working in conjunction with the Volunteer Coordinator
  • Ensure the safety of patrons, volunteers and staff through proper implementation and enforcement of emergency procedures

  • Manager will help to organize and support the property with respect to general operation, administration and hospitality.
  • Must have strong computer, mechanical and technical skills.
  • Must have strong leadership skills and ability to manage staff. Background in marine/boating is preferred.
  • Must enjoy working with children and pets. Must be flexible to work long hours and holidays as required.

Duties:

  • Build a loyal customer base by creating long-term relationships

    Duties:

    • Verification and monitoring of all expenditures within the Environmental Affairs Department and for the preparation, review, and monitoring of annual budgets. 
    • Accomplished through reconciliation of monthly variance reports, invoice tracking, and ensuring program managers are accountable for explanation and detail on all payments.
    • Ensures all expenditures are in compliance with financial and accounting policy and procedure, as well as being in compliance with any third party contracts.

    Duties:

    • Utilizes assessment data to determine patient's actual or potential problems.
    • Utilizes the nursing process in delivering care to assigned patients.
    • Oversees plans for proper nursing interventions, adjusts care as appropriate.
    • Collaborates with physicians and other health care team members in developing and implementing plan of care.
    • Evaluates patient's responses to interventions.
