Pops and Patriotism in Heckscher Park
Fourth of July program puts music under the stars.
The North Shore Pops Concert Band performed a series of patriotic and favorite American tunes at Heckscher Park Thursday night.
Part of the Huntington Arts Council's summer arts festival, the program featured singer Maureen Smith Setton. The music was directed by Eric R. Albinder.
The band will perform Friday at the Westbury Vilalge Piazza and Sunday at the Morgan Park Music Festival in Glen Cove.
