'Out of the Blue' Documentary at Cinema Arts

Film tells the story of Cantor Fitzgerald and its recovery from loss.

Cinema Arts Centre will show "Out of the Clear Blue Sky," a documentary that examines the effects of the Sept. 11 attacks on the financial firm Cantor Fitzgerald. 

The Dec. 10 showing will include filmmaker Danielle Gardner, who examined the loss of 658 of the firm's employees, and its struggle to return to to business. Her brother, Douglas, was a former Cantor Fitzgerald employee was killed when he attended a meeting at the Windows of the World restaurant that morning.
 
The program is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. and is part of the center's Real-To-Reel Documentary Series.
