5 Things You Need to Know Today: Nov. 5

It's First Friday at . Explore the exhibition "" during the museum's extended viewing hours from 4-8:30 pm and enjoy a special free performance by Willie Steel Band at 7:30.

The Huntington High School Drama Club will present Thornton Wilder's play "The Skin of Our Teeth" tonight and tomorrow night at 8 pm at . Wilder's Pulitzer Prize-winning comedy, which opened in 1942, tells how an average New Jersey family survives the ups and downs of life.

The Harvest Fair will take place tomorrow between 9:30 am – 3:30 pm. This family-friendly fall event is free and open to all. Come enjoy handmade holiday crafts, a bake sale, a quiche luncheon, Vermont cheese, country store, fresh vegetables, gently used clothes, kids games and activities. Tonight is the Benefit at . Concert pianist Evelyn Ulex will perform while paintings by artist Ade Frey are projected on a screen. Ulex is going on tour soon with this unique program and is bringing the event to the Sky Room Café as a preview with proceeds to benefit the Cinema. Tickets are $25 and can be purchased online or at the Cinema Arts Centre box office.
