Summer Shakespeare Festival Opens July 4 at the Vanderbilt

The Arena Players Repertory Theatre’s annual Summer Shakespeare Festival will open on Wednesday, July 4, on the courtyard stage of the beautiful Vanderbilt Mansion, at the Vanderbilt Museum in Centerport, NY.

The festival, featuring Twelfth Night in July and Macbeth in August, will offer performances on Wednesdays and Fridays at 8:00 and on Sundays at 7:00. Twelfth Night, a comedy of mistaken identity, will be performed every Wednesday, Friday and Sunday in July (except Friday, July 6). Macbeth, Shakespeare’s bloodiest tragedy, Macbeth, will be offered during August every Wednesday, Friday and Sunday (except Friday, August 3).
