Opening Reception for Masters Show at Main Street Petite Gallery

The opening reception for the Masters Show is from 6 to 8 pm. Friday, June 17, at the Huntington Arts Council's Main Street Petite Gallery.

Best in Show artists are Irene Andreadis, Judith Davidson, Kevin W. McEvoy, and Denis Ponsot.

Honorable mention artists are Diane Lennox Bares, Cody Jacobs, Peter A. Kopher, Terance McManus, Robin Pedersen, Brian Richardson, Sherry St. Renz, Mario Simone, Edward Sterz, Chuck VonSchmidt and Jeff Webb.

In addition, June 24 is the deadline for entries for "Landscape Impression," the 9th annual landscape show juried by Howard Rose that runs from July 20-Sept. 19. Visit www.huntingtonarts.org for prospectus or call 631-271-8423

Does the Patch accept articles from district spokespeople? Perhaps that is the answer to this…Read More problem! Short but informative articles can be submitted each week and then Huntington could get the coverage it so desires. Each town's Patch would cover whichever high schools are in it's area. Problem solved!
