Traffic on Park Avenue slowed Thursday morning on Park Avenue as crews are working on two projects.
At the Broadway intersection with Park Avenue and then again near the intersection with Pulaski Road, southbound or turn lanes are closed. And though slowed, traffic is still moving on the county road.
