This Weekend: Tonya Reiman; Chili Cook-Off

Lots of Valentine's events planned in Huntington.

1. Popular Fox News Personality Tonya Reiman In Town: Author and Fox News body language expert Tonya Reiman will be at the Saturday at 7 p.m. to sign her new self help book, "The Body Language of Dating," as well as hosting a speed-dating event just in time to find a date for Valentine's Day.  

2. Vanderbilt Valentine's Dinner: Imagine having a Valentine’s Day dinner where Hollywood stars and European royalty dined with members of one of America’s richest and most famous families. On Saturday, the Vanderbilt Museum will hold its annual Valentine’s Day dinner in the mansion, with seatings at 6 p.m. and 8 p.m. Admission $100 per person.

3. Valentine's Fun At The Conklin Barn: On Saturday, The Huntington Historical Society is sponsoring the Fun & Fabulous Valentine's Day celebration at the historic Conklin Barn for chidren ages 6-12. Admission: $12 for members, $15 for non-members.

4. Chicago Tribute Band Plays Love Songs: Join the band Beginnings for a very special Valentine’s experience of Chicago’s ballads and love songs at the Dix Hills Performing Arts Center Feb. 10.

5. Chili Cook-Off: The Nickolas Demidovich Memorial Fund Inc. will host its first-ever Chili Cook-Off Contest on Saturday from 7 p.m. to midnight at The Huntington Elks Lodge. Proceeds from the contest will benefit Huntington local area Boy Scouts.
