What do you think of the authorization of a master developer for Huntington Station?
At a regular meeting last night, the Town Board authorized the use of Renaissance Downtowns to help implement a plan of action for the next phase of Huntington Station's revitalization plan.
According to the board, the Plainview-based company is a leader in holistic and comprehensive redevelopment of suburban downtowns.
The Town Board approved the plan 4-1 at town hall last night, with board member Mark Mayoka voting against.
