Pumpkin Festival Set for Saturday

Historical association plans pumpkin painting, hay rides at Gardiner farm.

Two weeks ago, it was pickles. This Saturday, it's pumpkins.

The John Gardiner Farm on Park Avenue in Huntington will be the setting for the second annual pumpkin festival sponsored by the Greenlawn-Centerport Historical Association.

The festival will offer a hay ride and corn maze, pumpkin painting, holiday pies, a hay ride and a corn maze. Vendors will also be on hand.

Admission is free to the festival, which will run from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
