Author Don McDuffee  - Sunday May 15, 3 p.m.

Details: Long Island lacrosse coach Don McDuffee will speak about and sign his new book, "Called Up: A LaCrosse Story." He is a Long Island native, lacrosse enthusiast, former DI athlete and captain, longtime volunteer coach, and now first-time author.

The Great Frog Hunt – Sunday May 15, 2 – 4 p.m.
Location:  , 380 W. Neck Rd., Huntington
Details: Nature walks, demonstrations, hands-on activities, active learning, art projects.  Join  award-winning artist and naturalist, Tonito Valderrama as he helps your child find and learn all about frogs and tadpoles!  Free admission, refreshments, parking limited.  Presented by the Conservation Board of Lloyd Harbor.

Annual Cold Spring Harbor Birdwatching Walk – Sunday May 15, 9 a.m. – 9:45 a.m.
Location:  Cold Spring Harbor Whaling Museum, 279 Main St., Route 25 A, Cold Spring Harbor
Details:  See who migrates through Cold Spring Harbor.  Meet in the parking lot of Cold Spring Harbor State Park on Route 25A.
Bring binoculars if you have them. For adults  and families.

5th Annual First Exposure Student Film Festival – Sunday May 15, 4 p.m.
Location:  , 423 Park Ave., Huntington
Details:  Curated by professional filmmakers from the Suffolk County Film Commission, this is an hour-long exhibition of the “best of the best” high school short narrative, documentary, and animated films pulled from the Long Island Media Arts Showcase at Five Towns College in Dix Hills.
Cost:  Free, including screening and reception.

A Benefit Cabaret Performance - Sunday May 15,  7 p.m. Auction begins at 6:15 p.m.

Details:  Huntington Cabaret will offer a performance of the original cabaret show “Fly Me to the Moon–featuring 17 extraordinary Long Island singers, adults and teens.  Guest artist NYC jazz and cabaret singer Tanya Holt
