Project Hope to provide information, referrals.

Representatives from Project Hope at Family Service League will be on hand in the South Huntington Public Library lobby to provide information, referrals and educational materials to people affected by Hurricane Sandy.

The organization provides  free confidential services that include crisis counseling, help with filling out forms and paperwork related to Sandy, and emergency financial assistance, as well as access to professionals who will facilitate filing tax returns.

Parents can also get guidance to help children affected by the school massacre in Newtown, Conn., as well as counseling and information for young people.
