Hundreds of residents took advantage of the warm weather and came out to Huntington’s Manor Field Park Sunday afternoon for the first annual Hispanic Heritage Month.
Several candidates and their supporters also turned out, as did organizations such as the League of Women Voters, the Girl Scouts, representatives of the Huntington Public Library and more. Vendors were selling everything from cotton candy to corn and barbecued meats, jewelry and accessories.
The Friends of Huntington Station Latin Quarter sponsored the event.
